Transfer medium allows you to turn any laser-jet print into a decoupage paper. It works on all kinds of paper, excluding only thick and shiny types.
To properly use transfer medium, coat your image of choice with 2-3 layers of formula, allowing it to dry in between each coat thoroughly. Then submerge the piece in lukewarm water for 20 to 30 minutes, then gently peel the remaining paper - you will be left with an image suspended in a transparent sheet, which you can treat just like you treat decoupage paper.
