Shine Effect Mortar

Shine Effect Mortar is an unusual iridescent medium used when You want to achieve a shiny or pearl finish. It can be used straight out of the jar as a ground or mixed in with your water-based colour of choice.

This Mortar can delay drying slightly, and doesn't mix with water well - it performs best when mixed with paint straight of the tube and/or acrylic based medium.
