This water-based ground allows you to prepare any surface before crafting. It adheres firmly to wood, PCV and fabric and smoothes out porous surfaces. It dries to the touch in 30 minutes and is completely dry after 24 hours. The formula has good coverage and can be diluted with water if needed.
